Puneet knows how business works. Prior to attending law school, Puneet gained global business experience with an international consulting company.
As a trusted advisor to many business owners and managers, Puneet works closely with his clients to create and deliver the advantage they need to survive and thrive in a changing world. He is involved in his clients’ most celebrated and most difficult episodes and brings foresight, expertise, and an entrepreneurial approach that delivers real impact.
Being very involved within the business community, Puneet is able to provide “value-added” service to clients by virtue of his broad network of contacts. He is able to make key introductions and orchestrate business alliances that can be mutually beneficial and profitable.
In his business law practice, Puneet assists his domestic and international clients in many industries including information technology, finance and health care, and works with them through all stages of the purchase or sale of a business, as well as day to day matters.
In his financing practice, Puneet acts for a number of the largest Canadian Schedule I banks, as well as other institutional and private lenders.
Puneet’s commercial real estate practice encompasses all types of real estate transactions and land development, including the development of commercial plazas, gas stations and hotels.
Puneet enjoys travelling. As an interesting byproduct of his practice, Puneet has visited client operations in India, the Philippines, Newfoundland, Venezuela, Australia, the United Kingdom, and across the U.S.A.
