Nicholas is an associate lawyer with the Wills and Estate Group. He focuses on assisting a variety of clients on their estate and succession planning needs. This includes a variety of estate planning matters, providing personalized advice with personal and business wills, Powers of Attorney for Property and Personal Care, trust arrangements, and private estate planning arrangements.
Nicholas is dedicated to assisting Executors and Trustees in a variety of estate matters including estate administration, applications for A Certificate of Appointment of Estate Trustee (with and without a will), estate disputes, and general estate advice.
Outside of the office, Nicholas spends his time with friends and family, enjoying a variety of outdoor activities including travelling, golfing, hiking, and long-distance running. He is developing his professional and legal knowledge and is working to be designated as a Trusts and Estate Practitioner by STEP Canada.
