Bruce works with clients in all areas of business including debt finance, employment issues, the purchase and sale of businesses, mergers, joint venture agreements, supply and manufacturing agreements, organizing business structures, corporate capital structures and shareholders’ agreements, re-organizing existing businesses and corporate structures, advising on corporate governance, managing securities issues for privately-held corporations, and assisting clients with leasing, franchising and dispute resolution.
